Pontus Protein Announces Appointment Of New Auditor

VANCOUVER, B.C., November 9, 2021. Pontus Protein Ltd. (TSXV: HULK, OTCQB: HLKKF, FSE: 8YC) (“Pontus” or the “Company”) announces that effective November 9, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), it has appointed Harbourside CPA (“Harbouside”), Chartered Professional Accountants, at their Vancouver offices at Suite 1140 – 1185 Georgia Street, to serve as the Company’s auditor.
Harbourside replaces Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton LaBonte LLP (“DMCL”), Chartered Professional Accountants, as the Company’s auditor. In accordance with National Instrument 51-102 – Continutous Disclosures Obligations, Pontus has filed a copy of its change of auditor notice on SEDAR together with the letters from each of Harbourside and DMCL in relation to the foregoing.
